This 2 minute guided meditation is designed to help you get out of a trigger response. Load it onto your phone. If you find yourself triggered and reacting to something in your life, PAUSE. Take a moment to listen to this short meditation and focus on your breath. If you can, close your eyes. If you are in a situation where you can't close your eyes, just hold an open focus, and keep your attention inside yourself as much as possible. Give yourself the gift of slowing down, to support your nervous system out of fight or flight by listening to this gentle calming meditation.
