The first 5 minutes are guided, the remaining 5 minutes is the continuing relaxing music. Use this anytime; upon waking, and before bed. It will settle your nervous system.
I recommend meditating at least 5 minutes per day. Research has shown that by meditating even 5 minutes per day you will up regulate immune system supportive genes, and will calm your nervous system.
