Lately I've been increasingly overwhelmed with gratitude. Profound gratitude.

This neuroscience based meditation really works. I've been rewiring my brain over the past 3+ years, and it has changed my outlook on life completely. I don't worry anymore. Or if I do get triggered into fear about something, it doesn't last long. So I know my nervous system is in a calm, healing mode most of the time (an activated parasympathetic nervous system).

I credit this work, this growth to learning about neuroscience, epigenetics and quantum physics through the teachings of Dr Joe Dispenza. I believe he is a true living master. He has been able to bridge the gap between spirituality and science into an understanding that they are joined hand in hand - like the left hemisphere is to the right hemisphere in the brain. You can't talk about one without talking about the other. He teaches with passion, love and inspiration.

Dr Dispenza is opening us up to a new paradigm of thought; that we are way more powerful than we think. That we no longer need to be living in survival mode, and that by tapping into our innate intelligence, we can heal ourselves both emotionally and physically. And even better, that we can create a life of fulfillment for ourselves, which in turn, will inspire everyone around us.

I just had recent scans for my quarterly oncology visits. I was not fearful of a recurrence. It felt like the visit was simply monitoring and confirming that the inner work I have been doing is working. Normally, at this point, I would be going to a 6 month schedule for scans. Before the doctor even brought the subject up, I said 'I want to go a year between scans'. He paused, then looked at me, and back at his paperwork, and back at me, and said 'OK' and smiled.

Thank you Dr Joe. For more info on Dr Joe Dispenza, click here.

I think it's important to remember how powerful we are, that we can ask for what we want, and we just might get it.

Wishing everyone peace + love + brilliant health,
