As I've mentioned before, it is important to inform yourself. To be open to possibilities that aren't yet on your horizon. And to get out of fear mode, so that your body can be in the optimal healing environment.

BOOKS:

YOU ARE THE PLACEBO - Dr Joe Dispenza

This is the book that took me on this journey and gave me more than hope - it gave me the belief that I have the power to effect change in my body, and my life. And it's working. More on this later.

THE BIOLOGY OF BELIEF - Dr Bruce Lipton

This amazing cellular biologist explains how we have missed the connection between our emotions, our thinking, and our health.

RADICAL REMISSIONS - Kelly Turner

This book is a great first read. Kelly researches the many people who were given terminal diagnosis - only to survive + thrive - way beyond anyone's expectations. It will give you an understanding that your health does not hinge on statistics- that are only based on 3-6% of the population anyway.
